Indian cricket shame !!!!

After losing the 2nd test to a brilliantenglishmen, indian team have no where to hide.We thought they will see reason now and will try to practise hard , work out new strategies and will try to win the rest of the series. But nothing of that sort in happening. They are still hiding behind filmsy excuses and trying to prepare a pitch that will favor them.Sad part is that the cricket board is backing the players. There is no practise sessions so far , indian players will assemble in batches on Sunday and practise monday evening and tuesday morning that's all .
Hope that the arrogance of the indians will given a fitting reply by the english and they should win the series .
All the best to England !!!!!

Obama as US president -makes no difference to India

Barrack Obama is elected as the new American president. In his victory speech he emphasised the need for all Americans to work together to get of the economic mess the country is in .He says the best is yet to come for America .Good for him and the Americans .

Is this election going to make any difference to the ordinary Indian ? No. We will continue to be ruled by these inefficient, selfish , corrupt leaders who do not care for us .Though all the leaders have welcomed the election most of them do not have a clue about what they are talking .They give these statements just to be in the limelight .

Hardly any drastic changes is going to happen in the relation ship between the two countries . Even though India is the largest democracy in the world in terms of no. of voters , America one of  the oldest democracies hardly supported it .Right from Indian independence US has supported powers that are hostile to India. Initially it was Pakistan and now it id Pakistan and China . Successive American administrations have been expressing their concerns over the rising Chinese economic and military power . But they will not do anything major to antagonise the Chinese .It is because all  the major American corporations have invested huge money in setting up manufacturing facilities in China exploiting the cheap labour and industrial friendly policies of the Chinese and made huge profits selling these goods at higher prices in domestic and international markets .If anything happens to this arrangement the very existence of these major corporations will be threatened. There will be minor tensions and skirmishes but no major policy changes will happen. At best Americans will try to pit India against China .This will be advantageous to the US ,one hand they can sell military equipment to India and the other hand they will not confront China directly.

What is the way for better Indo Amercian ties ? There are a lot of people of Indian origin in America who can  take part actively in the local politics , increase their influence and can lobby for Indian interests and concerns. The business leaders in India will hardly help as most of them are either apologetic about their criticism of American policies or go over board in their praise as they have huge business interests with American companies which they do not want to loose.

The election of Obama or any other leader as American president do not make any difference to the ordinary Indian as we will be continuing our daily fight for survival against a rotten administrative system and inefficient , corrupt politicians
